Don’t worry…  any patient information I post on this blog has been significantly altered so that it cannot be matched to any particular person.  Names are obviously fake.  Gender and age may or may not be changed.  Co-morbidities will be different.  Time of presentation may be totally off.  I may have encountered this patient two days ago, or ten years ago.  And there’s a 99% chance that I made the whole thing up.

So, get your panties out of a bunch.
